 Tasks

• Lead, train, and inspire our service team, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders, to deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service quality.
• Develop and uphold service protocols, ensuring consistent and outstanding guest experiences that align with the essence of hospitality.
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless communication and efficient coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Manage reservations, walk-in traffic, and seating arrangements to optimize guest satisfaction and restaurant revenue.
• Proactively address guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback, aiming to exceed expectations and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.
• Implement and maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards in line with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance staff knowledge of Korean cuisine, menu offerings, and service techniques.
• Foster a collaborative and respectful team environment and foster open communication.
• Monitor inventory of service-related supplies and collaborate with procurement to ensure timely restocking.

Requirements

• More than 2 years of previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant industry.
• Demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
• Strong leadership skills, including the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using reservation and point-of-sale systems.
• Passion for Asian cuisine and culture, with a willingness to learn and educate the team.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Advanced English skill
