Nestled in the vibrant heart of Berlin, SSAM Korean BBQ is celebrated for its authentic Korean cuisine and dynamic dining environment. We are currently seeking skilled and passionate individuals to join our team as Line Cooks/Kitchen Team Members and Cashiers to help deliver exceptional service to our guests.
Role: Line Cook/Kitchen Team Member and Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to Company's recipes and standards.
- Ensure all dishes are presented beautifully and consistently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and storage.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Greet guests warmly and handle their orders efficiently.
- Process payments accurately, including handling cash and card transactions.
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns.
- Assist with packing and preparing takeout orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
Working Hours: Part-time positions available with shifts including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a restaurant setting.
- Strong understanding of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Experience with point-of-sale systems and handling transactions.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for Korean cuisine and attention to detail in food preparation and customer service.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in English; basic German skills are a plus.

We are currently looking for a dynamic Front of House Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure our standards of excellence are upheld in customer service and operational management.
Role: Front of House Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant’s front-of-house, including staff management, customer satisfaction, and workflow efficiency.
- Train, schedule, and manage restaurant staff to maintain the highest level of service standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the dining experience and increase customer satisfaction.
- Manage reservations, and guest feedback, and handle any customer service issues with tact and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the Kitchen Manager and other team leaders to ensure a seamless service operation.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the front-of-house area.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Working Hours: Full-time, including weekends and holidays as required.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar leadership role in hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships with both staff and guests.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks to meet the demands of a busy dining environment.
- Passion for Korean cuisine and a commitment to maintaining an exceptional dining atmosphere.
- Proficient in English, basic German skills,other languages are a plus
